Our Programs

Paddle360 is a Vancouver based paddling coaching and athlete development platform built to support paddlers, teams, and the wider paddling community through a more connected approach to training.

Outrigger Training

Outrigger Programming at Paddle360 is built for athletes who want to move beyond basic training and develop stronger on-water performance. Programs are available for both seasonal and year-round paddlers. Each plan is customized based on your goals, experience, competitive focus, and current ability. No two athletes or crews are treated the same. With access to one of the largest private fleets of outrigger boats, including OC1, V1, and OC6/V6, Paddle360 gives athletes consistent access to the equipment and environments they need to improve. Training across multiple locations also helps paddlers experience different water conditions and build better adaptability. Sessions focus on feel for the water, balance, efficiency, and applied power. Athletes learn how to move with better control, make better decisions on the water, and build confidence in changing conditions. Led by fully certified and insured coaches, this is a pathway for paddlers who are serious about progression.

Best for: Outrigger athletes, dragon boat athletes cross-training, competitive paddlers, OC1/V1/OC6 crews.

Training focus: Water feel, balance, efficiency, power, control, boat handling, adaptability.

Outcome: Stronger paddlers with better technique, confidence, and on-water performance.

Dragon Boat Training

Dragon Boat Programming at Paddle360 is designed to elevate both individual athletes and full crews through structured, performance-focused on-water training. Built for summer crews, competitive teams, and year-round programs, each training plan is shaped around your team’s goals. This is not a cookie-cutter approach. Every crew has different strengths, weaknesses, experience levels, and race targets, so the programming is built to match. Sessions focus on the key parts of dragon boat performance: timing, power, technical precision, starts, transitions, and sustainable race pace. Athletes learn how to move together, apply power efficiently, and stay connected through the full race plan. With clear progression, consistent coaching, and strong accountability, teams develop faster boats and better habits. All Paddle360 coaches are fully certified and insured, creating a safe and professional training environment.

Best for: Dragon boat crews, seasonal teams, competitive teams, corporate teams, and athletes wanting better boat performance.

Training focus: Timing, power, technique, starts, transitions, race pace, crew connection.

Outcome: A faster, more efficient crew that performs with purpose when it matters most.

Dryland Fitness

Dryland Training at The Hub360 is Paddle360’s year-round foundation for building complete athletes. This is not a general fitness program. It is a paddle-specific training system built for athletes who want to move better, get stronger, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level on the water. Each program is designed around the athlete’s goals, weaknesses, and training demands. With access to paddle-specific ergs and a focused training space, athletes build strength, control, durability, and sustainable power output.
